Recently, a "large sum of ammunition" was stolen from the Ravalli County Sheriff Office.  This shows that the deputies of Ravalli County cannot be trusted with justice, safety, or protecting citizens of Ravalli County, Montana.  Dont forget..Sheriff Chris Hoffman is in charge.

Here is the Ravalli Republic article from around July 7, 2009:  Notice how it says IF prosecution is carried out, it would be done by the Attorney General's Office.  Webmaster note: the Montana Attorney General is prosecuting the officer in charge of the lockup.  A reversal has been made, and a Sgt. Fowler of the RCSO is charged with felony theft.

Note: story has been buried in the press, public opinion, watch out if you sit peacefully in a city park.  Page one for the park, page 8 for the felony law enforcement theft.

now there is talk of NO jail time for 40k rounds, but 21 days for park sitting.

NOTE: for this Felony theft, there is already talk of no jail time, or 30 days with a $10,000 fine.

Ammunition stolen from sheriff’s office
by MICHAEL MOORE - for the Ravalli Republic

State and local authorities are wrapping up an investigation into the theft of ammunition from the Ravalli County Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff Chris Hoffman sent out a news release Monday that noted only the slimmest of details about the investigation. Hoffman said a “significant amount of rifle and handgun ammunition” was taken from his department. (over 40,000 rounds)

He declined to provide any other information about the theft.

John Strandell, chief of investigations at the state Department of Criminal Investigations, said his agents have been working in Ravalli County for a couple of weeks.
“We were asked by the sheriff to investigate the theft of ammo from Ravalli County’s armory,” Strandell said. “We’re basically wrapping our case up now and will be presenting it to the prosecutor’s office.”

Strandell said the ammo was bought by the department for training and duty use. He said the theft was not the result of a break-in at the armory.

“I can confirm that it’s not a burglary,” Strandell said.

In such cases, the thefts generally are internal.

The prosecution, if there is one, will be handled by the state attorney general’s office, Strandell said.

" Is there anything in Ravalli County that is legit?? Can you call any Law enforcement and expect to be protected or get an investigation. These guys take it as their right to steal. Websites with years of this kind of criminal activity are popping up all over the state, but none hold a candle to Ravalli county and Hamilton. Hundreds of innocent people are tried and convicted here merely to protect the out of control justice system in Ravalli County. It's got to stop, for god's sake, Vote these criminals out of office. "

the LAW is not important here, the RULE of MEN is.

Forget your "rights" you no longer live in the United States.  In Ravalli, if you are hated, question the "group think" you will be charged, threatened, and prosecuted, and convicted of something that very much not be a crime, even protected in direct wording of the US or MT Constitution.  You have the right to take the judgement and punishment of your "Crime".

WE REJECT MONTANISTAN!!!
