To the Honorable Linda McCulloch, State Election Administrator:
We the undersigned qualified electors of The State of Montana respectfully petition that an election be held as provided by law on the question of whether Steve Bullock, holding the office of Montana Attorney General should be recalled for the following reasons:
INCOMPETENCE:
Attorney General Bullock knowingly presides over a justice system that is top to bottom corrupt. It includes the Montana Bar Association, Judicial Commission, Highway Patrol, Department of Justice, and local Law Enforcement units. Mr. Bullock does not uphold justice, merely what is expedient to their cause of the moment. The Attorney General is willing to threaten anyone willing to challenge his illegal reign at MT DOJ. Case in point is a 2007 phone conversation where he threatened a decorated FEMA officer and Montana resident with loss of employment, and residence if said person questioned his department. Mr. Bullock is willing to cover illegal activities for local officials when needed. This includes obstructing justice and issuing threats.
OATH OF OFFICE:
Attorney General Bullock violates the state and federal oath of office by not upholding equal protection under the law as described in those documents.

We the undersigned qualified electors of Ravalli County, Montana respectfully petition that an election be held as provided by law on the question of whether George H. Corn, holding the office of Ravalli County Attorney should be recalled for the following reasons:
INCOMPETENCE:
The County Attorney committed state and federal constitutional crimes against Ravalli County residents to improperly prosecute them in court. The County Attorney did not take action when approached pertaining to ongoing criminal endangerment. This endangerment is from continuous violation of state fire code from July 2006 to April 2007; the County Attorney being aware of these violations from two visits from the Deputy State Fire Marshall in October 2006 and taking no legal action to protect Ravalli County residents from danger, even when petitioned by 10 neighbors within ¼ mile.
OATH OF OFFICE:
Ravalli County Attorney has violated his sworn oath of office by not upholding the Montana Constitution Article II Section III; inalienable rights granted to all Montana citizens. The Ravalli County Attorney has not protected citizen’s right to 1) a healthy environment and 2) their State protected right to protect property from attack. Count 1 of this evidence of this is allowing toxic chemicals and smoke to inundate the property at 291 Cooper Lane which forced evacuations and eventual fleeing property in late October, 2006. Count 2 involves attempting to prosecute an individual who protected his property from attack on October 10, 2006.

INCOMPETENCE:
Ravalli County Sheriff Chris Hoffman knowingly allowed deputies to violate civil rights of Ravalli County Residents. At time of traffic stops and law enforcement operations, free speech was halted by selective turning off communication equipment which records all communication between deputy and suspect. This transcript of communication is used in court to convict suspects. Further incompetence is the gathering of evidence: in a non-equal manner. This puts justice in jeopardy for Ravalli County residents.
OATH OF OFFICE:
Ravalli County Sheriff has violated his sworn oath of office by not upholding the Montana Constitution Article II Section III as it pertains to inalienable rights granted to all Montana citizens to protect property and enjoy a healthy environment. Sheriff Hoffman allowed toxic smoke to enter the residence of 291 Cooper Lane and allowed deputies to cite the resident at that address for protecting the property from attack which occurred on October 10, 2006. This evidence describes two counts of violating a state constitutional oath.

Top 10 reasons not to vote Hoffman for Sheriff
10. Hoffman is never available: A Sheriff is not voicemail activated.
9. Hoffman is not independent of County Attorney, Judges: this does not protect your rights, or let the Sheriff work for you or your family.
8. The four (4) Detention Center suicides in 2005 were on Hoffman’s watch.
7. Hike at your own risk: Hoffman’s recovery of lost hikers is dismal. Search & rescue are not to blame.
6. Boaters needlessly die every year in high water accidents on the Bitterroot River: Hoffman does not protect us.
5. Hoffman’s Deputies aren’t trained well enough to know the difference between misdemeanor and felony warrant execution; or when or how to use force.
4. Felony theft of 40,000 rounds of ammunition by Hoffman’s Sgt, and Felony partner assault by Hoffman’s former Undersheriff who was rehired as a Deputy. All under the watchful eye, and demonstrated leadership of Sheriff Chris Hoffman of Ravalli Co.
3. Deliberate indifference of 2000 Florence murders under Hoffman’s direction from 2002 to 2010; even with national spotlight of America’s Most Wanted.
2. Sheriff Chris Hoffman is lead Defendant for millions in civil liability to Ravalli County by incompetent leadership, and at times intentionally violating protected civil rights. We all pay for Chris Hoffman’s mistakes and his violations to the oath of office.
1. Hoffman’s deputies voted no confidence in his abilities before the 2006 election, in 2007, 75 voters signed a recall of Hoffman in Ravalli County. It’s time for a new Sheriff, Bitterroot Valley. We are not safe with Hoffman in office.

Recall of Judge Michael J. Reardon
Recall Petition:
To the Honorable Regina Plettenberg, Ravalli County Election Administrator:
We the undersigned qualified electors of City of Hamilton, Ravalli County, Montana respectfully petition that an election be held as provided by law on the question of whether Michael J. Reardon, holding the office of Hamilton City Judge should be recalled for the following reasons:
INCOMPETENCE: Judge Michael J. Reardon uses personal attacks as form of intimidation, uses clerks to harass citizens. Judge Reardon violated 11 rules of judicial conduct in one case. Judge Reardon accepted affidavit without crime for full trial violating Montana Law and US Constitution rights. Intimidation by Reardon obtains 99% conviction or plea rate. Use of anger and controlling nature intimidates citizens. Allows Hamilton City Attorney into civil cases without any city business, which is not proper.
OATH OF OFFICE: Judge Reardon does not uphold citizen rights, threatened jail for reading of US Constitution in court. Equal protection, due process lost in Reardon’s court. Judge Reardon uses laws and rights against citizens instead of protecting them. Reardon threatens loss of jury trial, a protected right.
