1) www.whitehouse.gov          Jim Messina, from Missoula, MT.  Was US Senator Max Baucus chief of Staff is now working in the White House.  Send him an email about Justice in Montana, and ask why he did not respond to our Oct. 19, 2007 letter (now in "letters vault" page) we faxed about justice and misconduct on the part of his staff.  Our group does not take kindly that justice has been covered up for his career, and is political.  See the red text at the bottom of the (President Letter Page) for more information on Jim Messina.  See our "press room" page for our press release on May 4, 2009 which details Mr. Messina's activities; the fourth letter in the "letters vault" describes his inability to be chief of staff for US Senator Max Baucus.  Good thing he was promoted to a Staff position in the White House.  Melodee Haynes was working as state director as Messina was Chief of Staff for Max Baucus. Now she is a US Justice Dept. official in DC.

Jim Messina, Deputy Chief of Staff, The White House.

We the People are starting to understand how TIME and Obama call him "the fixer"

2) www.Baucus.senate.gov    US Senator Max Baucus' web site.  Thank him for obstructing justice, and protecting his friend, George H. Corn Ravalli County Attorney in Montana.  Ask him if we can expect a newly appointed US Attorney for Montana to prosecute this matter.  The answer is NO, Democrats are protecting their own, our AG, our County Atty, from mail theft, corruption.

Photo of Montana Senator Max Baucus giving more than $1.6M to Ravalli County and the City of Hamilton, Montana.

"need we say more?" We wonder how a check can be made out to 2 entities?

3) www.Tester.sentate.gov   US Senator Jon Tester web site.  Ask if the RML campus should have a fire station seeing that they process the most complex substances, viruses, and store strategic vaccines at their Hamilton, MT Campus of NIH known as Rocky Mountain Laboratories.

A federal case is filed to protect Hamilton from RML...thanks for your help Senators!

Thank him also for looking the other way for George H. Corn, and not doing whats right for MT.

No worries, Jon, keep eating bon-bons, we have this covered too.

 Tester is in Brown

"Maybe we should keep laughing as our constituents have no rights"

4) www.Rehberg.House.gov      Representative Rehberg of Montana should have been the one to bring our issue to Washington, DC.  As the President letter states, he retreated so quickly, we wonder if he is involved.  The only Republican in the 3 congressional delegates, and should have seen this issue in Montana as a gain for his party.    Notice these guys are in dark clothes:

At least President Barack Obama seems amused.

"Why is Denny Rehberg riding second best to Max Baucus?" Our first show for 44.

5) Steve Bullock, Attorney General for Montana; (see a pic below) Clearly a puppet for George H. Corn, and trying to protect him, and his ways that violate our constitutional rights.  Send him an email at sbullock@mt.gov and tell him that a chief law enfocement officer should not threaten people who have documented violations of due process problems in Montana.  Any official who presides over a Highway Patrol who cannot give test scores for a national police test has a huge liability within a state law enforcement agency who protects Governors and Presidents.  A Columbia graduate, and Helena native.  Tampering with evidence, throwing accidents rampant in Montana Highway Patrol We have proof of this people, they are the ones trying to silence these facts.

Three years and running is the tally of getting ignored by OUR justice system with our written complaints regarding Ravalli' County Prosecutor George H.Corn.  How hard is it to investigate a County Attorney (there are 56 in the state)?  Evidently, they are all in it together.  So be it.  We would like to see our Montana Attorney General recognize the national federal carry permits issued to retired police officers which are supposed to be recognized in every state, not Montana.  These are issued by Presidential Order, not good enough for Montana.

"A back door handshake--no one will know of our plan" (Corn on R, Bullock on L)

6) Ravalli County Attorney George H. Corn     This guy has had way too much fun, more than Sheriff Arpio of Maricopa County Arizona (currently being investigated for civil rights crimes).  He has had the run of Ravalli County and Montana since January 1991.  He has made a career of taking people's constitutional rights.   Well, sir, I hope you enjoyed the letter to the President, our documentary with your activities highlighted (www.beneaththebeauty.com), and the efforts of WE THE PEOPLE.  Our aim is to put you behind bars.  Give his office a call at (406) 375-6750 and say how you felt about our stories.  Freedom of Speech will set us free.  Our county commissioners are in fear of this man.

The arrest affidavit for George Corn is found at the CORN IN CAN page of www.Bitterroot-rising.org.  With less votes than a detested County Commissioner headed out of office, it is nice to see you retired by our efforts.  Money and status does not convert into votes Brophy.

7) Ken Pekoc, RML Public Affairs Oficer     We are excited to have Ebola, Sars, Bird Flu, AIDS, and Flesh Eating Bacteria introduced to our area by the National Institutes of Health or NIH headquartered in Bethesda, MD.  The headquarters has 30 federal firefighters, as well as the professional incident support from Bethesda Fire and proximity to Washington, DC.  Hamilton, Montana has 30 volunteer firefighters to counter the risk from the Rocky Mountain Labs (RML) as well as a Glaxso Smith Cline(GSK) production facility, 5,000 residents, and the worst wildfire area in the nation (we had the first emergency declaration for fire in the year 2000 in Ravalli County Montana).  Ken decided to be flippant to retired fire officer, Mr. Roy P. Pilkey (the author of the President letter) in an email when he had professional concerns about the Lab's fire protection.  Public affairs at RML can me contacted at askrml@niaid.nih.gov .  Ask them why a fire station was not planned at RML.  Level 4 Biolevel means scientists in bubblesuits.  See the referenced page below for pictures:

IS the RML facility going to get sued for environmental law violations (YUP), in addition to safety issues by not having a fire facility....we shall see.  Laws do matter, so does protecting the public, your "hidden" laboratory is a hit to a world wide audience.  OOPS!

Enrivonmental, and safety problems at this Hamilton, MT lab will land them in US District Court.

see  www.Bitterroot-rising.org NIH-RML Page for more details on this situation.
